Industrial Products for Manufacturing, Fabrication & Processing

MEGATOP supplies equipment, tools, and replacement components for production facilities, fabrication shops, maintenance departments, and processing operations. As an authorized distributor, we carry products from Exair, Magswitch, Dry Link, Industrial Magnetics (Mag-Mate), and other leading manufacturers. Browse material handling equipment, magnetic workholding tools, compressed air products, dry disconnect couplings, and related accessories. Compare products by application, capacity, connection type, material compatibility, and operating requirements.

Applications

  • Material handling. Switchable magnetic lifters such as the Magswitch MLAY 2000 lbs Lifting Magnet, along with sheet handlers and related tools, help position and move compatible ferrous materials. Select equipment according to the manufacturer’s lifting specifications and the actual workpiece and handling conditions.
  • Blowoff, cooling, and chip removal. Exair air knives, nozzles, vortex tubes, air amplifiers, and industrial vacuum systems such as the 55 Gallon Chip Trapper System support cleaning, cooling, and material recovery using compressed air. Match the equipment to the task and available compressed air supply.
  • Fluid transfer. Dry disconnect couplings help reduce fluid release when connecting and disconnecting compatible transfer lines. Select couplers, adapters, and seals for the fluid, pressure, temperature, and connection requirements.
  • Workholding and positioning. Magnetic tools and clamping equipment support compatible fabrication, welding, assembly, and machining applications.
  • Ferrous debris collection and part handling. Magnetic sweepers collect ferrous debris, retrieval magnets help recover metal objects, and sheet fanners assist with separating stacked steel sheets. Demagnetizers are used to reduce residual magnetism in suitable parts.

Industries Served

  • Metal fabrication and welding — magnetic positioning tools, workholding equipment, material handling products, and magnetic sweepers.
  • Food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing — fluid-transfer components, metal-detectable tools, and sanitary accessories selected for the facility’s process and cleaning requirements.
  • Machining and CNC operations — chip removal, coolant recovery, compressed air cooling, and workholding products.
  • Chemical and industrial fluid handling — couplings, seals, and transfer accessories selected for chemical compatibility and operating conditions.
  • Warehousing and steel service centers — lifting, sheet-handling, positioning, and ferrous debris-collection equipment.

How to Choose Industrial Equipment

  1. Define the task and operating conditions. Identify the material being handled, the process involved, expected duty cycle, and installation requirements.
  2. Check capacity for the actual application. For lifting equipment, follow the manufacturer’s load ratings and application limits. Workpiece material, thickness, shape, surface condition, contact area, and load orientation can affect suitability.
  3. Confirm connections and compatibility. Match thread type, connection size, flange or sanitary fitting standard, and mating components. For fluid systems, verify compatibility of both body materials and seals with the intended media.
  4. Review pressure, temperature, and air requirements. Confirm operating limits and, for compressed air equipment, required supply pressure, airflow, and air quality.
  5. Check environmental and documentation requirements. Review suitability for washdown, corrosive conditions, food contact, or other application-specific requirements. Confirm any required approvals or documentation for the exact model.
  6. Plan for maintenance. Identify compatible wear parts, replacement seals, and accessories. Use the equipment’s model and part numbers when selecting replacement components.
